The lady smiles, before she knows her smile,

She looks on the mirror, more reflections on her eyes.

Frederick Smith • I feel you have not only captured the form of the Tanka, but allowed your understanding of the form to evolve to the next plateau. Your poetry intrigues me, Paul, and I am very interested in your take on the Absolute, to use a word used often by Kipling.
