Color has emboldened

The truth and depth of motherly love,

In presence of priests, artists give chakshudan

You will stare us with blessings. 

MOTHER DURGA

As artists are making the image

Of Devi Durga, I salute Mother Durga

In Her all forms and heavenly gestures

For peace and happiness on the earth. 

THE NATURE PREPARES TO GREET MOTHER DURGA

Before Her majestic arrival on the earth

The nature captures diversity in paddy

Cultivation, the blue sky filled with spongy

White clouds, and a little Kashful, those make

The way for preparation today before Devi Durga’s

Familial Mahalaya as mother this autumn. 

DEVI DURGA

 

Devi Durga comes with

Unexpected Cyclone Phailin

Riding on a boat

Amid stormy wind

Dulled with incessant rain,

During her divine visit

Upon this earth,

And something more swallowing,

Salty sea water rises above the shore

Plunging our knees dipped into flooded water,

Costal land going under whip of damping of lives,

Standing inside giant whirling winds,

We Praise Her, Worship Her,

And She has to return to

Her husband’s heavenly home,  

Riding upon an elephant.

 

She drives us in creating winning stake

Like the sun lighting the earth

MOTHER GODDESS, DEVI DURGA

Autumn morning,

So cool and bright,
It filled with soft sunrays,
The earth filled with dream
Of the blooming Kash
That will sweep sullen night,
With white effects,
Awakening with greeting songs
Of Mother Goddess, Devi Durga

 

Autumn Mahalaya,

All villagers gather to sing
Songs in widened

Sequel of trivia, Devi Durga,

Enthusiasm high in mind.

 

Autumn silence,

Devi Durga on the doorway,
With her children.
Her arrival to take away
All shady images from mind.

We live where

All spiritual minds lead life,
All want to go
Ad-free truths, holy dip in sea,
In searching of inspiring life.

In power and peace,

Devi Durga creates the way,
Festive season,
Reinventing fresh breathing
In shining of rearranging life.

Passing rain’s castor,

The sunrays turn cool and bright,

Auspicious dream,

That fills the earth, something

Protecting us from fear, longer.

 

Upright clear blue sky,

With the blooming of Kash

Comes greeting songs,

Of Mother Goddess, Devi Durga

White assumptions of life.

Autumn Mahalaya,
Awaking with greeting songs,
Sweeping sullen nights,
Stream from sequel of trivia
Worshiping Devi Dura,

Villagers gather

To sing prayers with vigor,
Enthusiasm high
With angel’s great patience,
To scare demons away.

Autumn silence,
Devi Durga on the doorway,
With her children.
She is gracious to take away
Demonic images from mind

We live where

Spiritual minds lead life,
We want to go
With treasures of truths,
In searching of inspiring life

In power and peace,

DeviDurga creates the way,
Festive season,

DEVI DURGA

You look direct to the earth,

You look direct to the evil,

You look direct to the celestial ambiance,

You look direct to future of the earth.

You are feminine power

Your eyes are dazzling with rightful vision,

Yet your eyes are cool with motherly feeling,

You are the nature eminent with devotion.

When you turn towards evils, you hold weapons,

Rudra's trident, Vishnu's discus,

Indra's thunderbolt, Brahma's kamandalu,

Kuber's Ratnahar, and more.

The goddess of the earth, the great reverence

You do hold; more, more you slay Asuras,  

Madhu, Kaitabha, and Sumba and Nisumba

And Mahishasura, and you are maker of Asuras’ grave.

All we worship you, our only love, to love you,

We all serve you, all serving people we are.

Our prayer is delivered on your honor,

On every walk of hard ways of existence.

You come to protect us from fearful demons,

You are the rescuer from all ills of life,

You are mother;   you come on this earth,

Resting on lion’s shoulders, along with four children.

The sky is blue, and clouds are white, flowing,

And drums are tuned and played in completeness,

We feel the dew’s feeling in mind,

All are beautiful and new with your arrival.

All homes are in mirth with your coming here,

Charming autumn has melted in colorful spirits,

We are all faithful in worshiping you,

With Seuli flowers’ sweetened fragrance all around.

We love you, sweet Mother Goddess, not forget you,

While the earth’s turbulent bearing does come upon us,

No ill desire or hope does conquer upon our heart,

Hope for peaceful living, blissful desire bestows upon us. 

Let these golden days stay in our life, with hope and shine,

Generation after generation we do hold the blissful endeavor,

With glittering aspects of Mother Goddess, Devi Durga,

Let us take dip in Her divine beauty of life and world with her blessings.  

PRAYER TO GODDESS DURGA

This year I get in touch

Of the place of devoting for blessings,

Of Goddess Mother, Devi Durga,

Feminine supremacy upon the universe,

Upon the people of the earth,

And I have the faith in beauty,

That our gracious Mother does come

From Heavenly abode for peace and wellness,

I am enlightened by shining of beautiful mother,

And I feel the courage to hold love of life,

Time and again, on getting relief,

The glorious way She gives to her devotees,

All prayers are for glittering beauty of life,

Hope, highest bliss, peace and love.
